SHIPPING POLICY

 

When will my products be shipped?

All our products are made by hand.  We ship all in-stock products within 2 business days.  There may be occasional small delays if we’re handling large orders. But rest assured, we promise to do everything in our power to get your products to you on time and exceed your expectations. 

 

How are my products being shipped?

Shipping is FREE on orders over $60 (US shipping addresses only)!  For orders below $60, shipping is $5.00. We ship orders valued over $125 via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). Orders valued under $125 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping via USPS Priority (2 - 3 days) is $8.95. Please email us at support@beneathyourmask.com if you require expedited shipping or a different shipping method.

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes.  Express Shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

 

International Orders

We ship outside the U.S. when purchases are made online. International shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $25 and a flat rate of $35 to the rest of the world. International orders over $350 ship FREE. Please allow 6 – 12 business days for international parcels, barring any unforeseen customs delays out of our control.  We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges. Shipping Confirmation

We’ll send you an order confirmation email once your order and payment has been received. We’ll then send you a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order along with tracking information. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at support@beneathyourmask.com.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

All of our products are made in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained, therefore returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction.  We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have questions on any products.  Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all of the ingredients on our website.  Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and take the “no refund policy” into consideration before you buy.

 

We are also happy to send samples of any in stock products with an order at your request.  Please specify which samples you would like to try in the Notes section at checkout.  We’ll be delighted to include them with your order.

 

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately.  If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note at support@beneathyourmask.com within 7 days of delivery.  To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available.  We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.  No returns will be granted following the seven days after delivery.
