Refund policy

All of our products are made in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained, therefore returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction.  We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have questions on any products.  Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all of the ingredients on our website.  Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and take the “no refund policy” into consideration before you buy.

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately.  If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note at info@beneathyourmask.com within 7 days of delivery.  To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available.  We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.  No returns will be granted following the seven days after delivery.
